We accept cash, check, debit and credit cards, WeChat and Alipay. Program fees must be paid at time of registration. New students must pay a one-time nonrefundable registration fee of $120. Returning students in September/Term 1 must pay a $50 spot reservation fee by the end of June.

Classes may be cancelled if the minimum student requirements are not met. Students will be notified generally a week before the start of a class if it is cancelled.
Credits will be issued for any individual missed classes. We do not offer refunds for missed classes.
Refunds and Withdrawals
Please submit refund requests in writing. Students must withdraw 7 days before the start of a class to receive a full refund*. Students withdrawing after this period will only receive a 70% refund. We do not issue refunds after the second class. Missed attendance does not constitute withdrawal.
Credits may be used toward miscellaneous items such as materials and contest fees. Please ask our staff for the full list of redeemable items. Students may only get up to and not more than 3 credits per year. Each credit expires before the first day of the next Term 1.
Student Drop-off and Pickup
Students are responsible for getting to and leaving the studio. If students are too young, parents are responsible for getting them to class and picking them up on time. We do not issue refunds or class credits for lateness.
Media and Advertising
VSA may photograph students and their work for use in advertisement, social media, this website and other promotional material. Parental consent for such uses is required when registering.
*A $50 administration fee will be deducted from all refunds processed for withdrawals.
